State Fair Volunteers Needed

August 21 thru September 1

Volunteers are needed to staff the ASG Booth at the State Fair. We have 4 - 3 hour time periods per day, 2 volunteers needed per time period. This is a minimum of 8 volunteers per day, 24 total.

Volunteers may sign up for multiple shifts. You will receive a ticket for daily entrance to the fair. Transportation is at the volunteer's expense. I do encourage the volunteers to carpool or use the free Park and Ride shuttle services.

Per the State Fair guidelines, The booth must be staffed at all times 9 AM to 8 PM.  If someone is a no-show, the volunteer from the early shift should stay until a replacement(s) comes. There will be a little set up and take down each day. The sewing machines do need to be secured in the cabinets and the iron turned off and unplugged.
