Volunteer at the Minnesota State Fair with ASG — Free Admission Included!

The American Sewing Guild is returning to the Creative Activities Building at the Great Minnesota Get-Together! We’ve reserved Wednesday, September 2nd and Thursday, September 3rd, and we need your help to make our booth a success. As a thank-you, all volunteers will receive a free entrance ticket to the fair!

To keep the booth running smoothly, we need 2 to 3 volunteers at all times. We’ve broken each day into five overlapping shifts to allow time for morning setup, evening cleanup, and smooth hand-offs between teams:

Shift A – 8:30 to 11:15am

Shift B – 10:45am to 1:30pm

Shift C – 1:00 to 3:45pm

Shift D – 3:15 to 6:00pm

Shift E – 5:30 to 8:00pm
